Since Vivi is part of the Student Council, he is serious when it comes to duties and will take all his responsibilities seriously. If ever he fails to do his job (which RARELY happens) he will be in a bad mood and would mope somewhere in the dark. He is also displeased when some students also fail to do their duties. He is also very blunt and open with his thoughts, and has a sharp tongue that would insult anyone he deems unpleasant and unworthy of being in the academy.

He is calm and collected at most times and will never get angry unless... you start picking on his height and his baby face. He will usually (by 99.9% chance) put out his handcannon and shoot you. He doesn't like being treated like a little boy especially by girls, thus he usually stays away from fan girls.
